Terms of Service

Effective date: August 23, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AutoDispute Service at vexyl.live, operated by the entity publishing this site ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AutoDispute is an automated tool that scores a chargeback case against a transparent rubric, returns a FIGHT / ACCEPT / REFUND assessment with an evidence-strength score, and generates a draft rebuttal letter. The Service helps you prepare and assess disputes; it does not file disputes on your behalf and does not guarantee any specific outcome.

2. No financial or legal advice; no guarantee

The assessments, scores, recovery estimates, and letters produced by AutoDispute are algorithmic guidance based on the evidence you provide and a heuristic model. They are not financial, legal, or professional advice, and they are not a guarantee, promise, or prediction of any chargeback outcome.

Card network ("reason code") outcomes depend on the card issuer, the true facts of the transaction, the completeness of the evidence, and circumstances outside any software's control. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make and for any dispute you submit. We strongly recommend you review any letter for accuracy before filing with your processor.

3. Accounts and case allowance

Case allowances reset at the start of each calendar month. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

4. Your data and your conduct

You agree to provide accurate information and that you own or are authorized to use the case data and evidence you submit. You agree not to use the Service to submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service.

5. Payments and subscriptions

All payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, under Paddle's terms. By purchasing you agree to Paddle's checkout terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Paddle account; cancellation stops future billing after your current period. See our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, text, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Service for your internal merchant operations. You may not resell, copy, or scrape the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenues, or data, arising from or relating to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you actually paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Because chargeback outcomes are outside our control, we are not liable for any chargeback you lose.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or complete.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after changes means acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating the Service, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
