This Refund Policy describes your rights regarding payments made to AutoDispute via our payment processor, Paddle (our merchant of record).
The short version
- Pay-as-you-go ($29/case): A one-time fee for a delivered digital service (your ruling and letter). Because the ruling and letter are produced instantly when you submit, this is non-refundable once generated.
- Store Subscription ($99/mo): Recurring. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current paid month. We do not prorate partial months.
What we do refund
- Duplicate or erroneous charges: if you were charged twice by mistake, or if your case allowance was consumed by a technical error and you could not receive your ruling, we will refund the erroneous charge in full.
- Unused subscription time not already delivered: if our Service becomes unavailable for a sustained period due to our fault and you were unable to use your paid plan, we may, at our discretion, issue a partial or full refund.
What we do not refund
- Any case where a ruling and letter was successfully generated, even if you disagree with the assessment or the outcome of your real chargeback.
- A chargeback that is denied by the card issuer after you file (our tool does not guarantee outcomes — see our Disclaimer).
- Partial-month subscription fees after cancellation.
